Lumina Townhomes – SOLD OUT

lumina-townhomes-logoLumina Townhomes is a Sold-Out 13-unit development of 3br/3ba ~2,100sf homes in the South End on South Church Street on a parcel that had sat vacant since the 1950s. The townhomes have a sleek, contemporary design that embraces both clean lines and the use of natural materials with wood used places which are visible but protected from the elements. Durable materials were also utilized in places which are meant to last forever with steel and concrete exterior stairs which bring guest to the front door of the home where they’re met with a grand entrance into the home. The feeling of being surrounded by a blend of organic and industrial materials continues into the home, with the first steps into the foyer featuring wood and open metal railings. There is a feeling of airiness throughout the home for light to flow through the large oversized windows to lighting–hence the name.

We appointed the entire home with contemporary finishes from metal railings inside the home, to square chrome faucets to glass tile. We are also utilizing real materials where it matters. Our cabinetry is solid wood doors and drawers and our floors are solid wood which receive a beautiful stained finish after they are installed. Our goal is to provide the best products so that the homes are as beautiful the day you move out as the day you moved in.

In creating Lumina, we also sought to bring the indoor and outdoor spaces together with 8′ tall glass sliding doors and spacious balconies so you can enjoy beautiful Carolina weather inside, outside, or both at the same time. Both the main level balcony and the front lounge have tiled floors so when the doors are open there is a natural flow from inside to outside. The third level balcony off the master bedroom provides a retreat or a place to soak in the views before turning in.
