Bringing Life Back
Revolve Residential is a development company whose focus is bringing life back to communities on sites that were once active and have fallen dormant in Charlotte, NC. All of the sites that we select are based on either rebuilding within communities or repurposing inactive commercial sites to vibrant communities. Our goal is to get projects going that will be like a flywheel for the communities so that progress continues long after we’re gone. We aim to provide the highest quality projects in desirable locations designed for the buyer.
Style and Lifestyle
Whether it’s a craftsman bungalow or a modern townhome, we believe that your home should fit your lifestyle. A home is more than an address. A home is the place where we live, where people come together, and where we find solace at the end of the day. We take the approach that there’s no reason to reinvent the wheel, but sometimes the wheel needs some improving. We seek to do that with each of the properties we develop. Kitchens worthy of cooking, spaces to gather, room to meet your neighbors, and bathrooms that feel like a spa are all a part of what we seek to provide.
When it comes to giving a new home your own personal touch, for most people there’s nothing worse than walking into a warehouse and seeing hundreds of different granite options which may or may not match the dozens of different cabinet options and then trying to make it all look like a magazine. Having too many choices is stressful. We take the headache out of finding your personal style by putting together design packages which are created to provide the look you’ve always wanted. Whether it’s a house or a townhome, we provide finish packages for our buyers to easily customize their home by picking from packages A,B, or C…the choice is always included at no extra charge. Here’s an example of the same home in three different color packages:
Some people say that you reap what you sow, others call it karma. We believe that our success as a company should be reason for the city to celebrate. Beautiful homes are great for the city, but we know we can do so much more. You won’t hear us tooting our own horn, but paying it forward is what we’re about. Naturally, our favorite charities involve housing in some way. If you don’t know anything about them, check out A Child’s Place & the YWCA.
