2120 Crescent Ave was a 3,011sf luxury craftsman styled home in the Eastover Neighborhood with custom features all around. The home featured four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms as well as a detached oversized 2-car garage. This tree-lined street is one of the most beautiful in the city with large yards and retail within a short stroll. We were able to replace a dilapidated foreclosed duplex with this beautiful new home in 2014.
The first level of the home featured 10′ ceilings and 8′ tall doors giving the home an expansive feel in this bright and open layout. All of the doors and casings in the home included plint blocks which are a feature found in high-end historic homes. The foyer and the dining room featured wainscoting with a picture ledge giving the home a timeless feel from the time you walk in the door. The heavy mouldings and crown in the home are 7″ and the living room and dining room featured coffered ceilings.
Gourmands love the walk-in pantry as well as a butler’s pantry with a wine refrigerator. The gourmet kitchen is the highlight of this distinctive home with custom cabinets, Thermador professional appliances, and beautiful granite countertops with beautiful contemporary subway backsplash. The bright breakfast nook off the kitchen and the screened-in porch provided a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or to sit and talk.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features hardwood floors, a 10′ tray ceiling, a sitting area, and double walk-in closets. The master bathroom was designed like a spa with dual vanities, framed mirrors, a modern claw-foot soaking tub, and a shower room with Gallant Carrera tile and two shower heads. The home also featured a spacious laundry room on the second level with utility sink and lots of cabinetry for storage. The second, third and fourth bedrooms featured walk-in closets and spacious bedrooms as well.
